Let Food Be Thy Medicine and Medicine Be Thy Food.

Hippocrates

I’ve always been driven by a passion for sports and health, starting from my days playing competitive soccer to embarking on a career in nutrition. After earning my Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition from the University of Incarnate Word, I deepened my expertise with a Master’s in Integrative Nutrition from Saybrook University and am currently pursuing a PhD at the same institution. My academic journey is a testament to my commitment to improving people’s lives through better health practices.

Beyond my academic pursuits, my passions include cooking, spending time with my family, and traveling. These activities enrich my approach to nutrition and well-being. Whether I’m crafting nutritious meals, cherishing moments with loved ones, or exploring new cultures, I integrate these experiences into a holistic view of health. This blend of personal and professional interests enables me to inspire and guide my clients toward achieving their health goals with enthusiasm and expertise.
